Upload attachment in "Reply with quote"

Good morning,

sorry if it's not the right place to report this.

When I try to upload an attachment using "Reply with quote" in Chrome I see the console error:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <

and the file is not uploaded correctly.
