How to put a watermark on a sheet of a document generated with xlsio

Hi, we're using xlsio syncfusion to generate reports in excel.

Now we want put a watermark on a sheet of this report, exist a form of make this

We have tried this:

hoja.PageSetup.BackgoundImage = New System.Drawing.Bitmap(Server.MapPath("~/images/image.png"))

But when the document opens in excel 2013, the error attached in the image

We have analyzed the issue and are unable to reproduce the issue according to the image one shared by you . So We have provided a sample for inserting  a watermark using XlsIO. Hi, We have seen the example, now this example generating a report for excel 97-2003, don´t work appears all the document in black background (image attached) while for excel 2007 or upper this work ok. Now we need compatibility with office 97-2003
