Visual Studio 2013 - Error HRESULT 0x8013141A

Hi,

I'm on Visual Studio 2013, updated.
I want to create a ASP.NET MVC project to make a predictive application, but when I choose this sample, I have an error box, and nothing is created.

The code error seems to be HRESULT 0x8013141A.

I made a test with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET MVC Classic.

Please do you know where the error come from and to resolve it ?
