How to save a Palette and its symbols

Hello,

im looking for an example in vb net because i want to save all the palettes from a Palettegroup and of course its symbols.

I have tried to understand the code from symbol designer but it looks a little complicate, i ask me if a code like this exist : PalettegroupBar.groupbaritem(0).save(FileName)
