Unable to convert html to word document with images

Hello, I'm trying to convert html to docx file. html content contains imgtag like that:ms-appx///somefolder/someimage.jpg" ....../>. It converts successfully but without images. Can you help me how to resolve this issue?

We are unable to reproduce the mentioned image preservation issue in HTML to Word document conversion. Kindly provide us the sample along with the input HTML document which you have used to reproduce the issue on your end and it would be more helpful for us to analyze further on this issue. And also kindly update us your Essential studio version and platform information.
