Barcode scanner

I am looking to develop a LOB application in Android for the Intermec CN51 which has a dedicated barcode scanner. Can Orubase deal with a dedicated barcode scanner? Thanks

Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion products.

 

Currently Orubase does not have support for Barcode scanner and we would like to inform you that next release of our Orubase (3.0) will be integrated with Cordova which contains all native APIs including Barcode scanner support. So this feature will be available with Orubase 3.0 release which is tentatively expected to be rolled out on third week of August.

Regarding "Migration from Orubase 2.0 to Orubase 3.0"

 

Orubase 3.0 is partially compatible with 2.1 since it is completely revamped and integrated with Apache Cordova in this recent release. We have updated the Orubase documentation with migration steps from Orubase 2.0 to Orubase 3.0 under the below link.
