How to set menu items using mainframe bar manger using popup menu in c#

Hi Viewers,

i am trying to use Mainframe bar Manager  for creating menu items like "file","Edit","view","Help" and its sub items , but when i am giving bar items & command items but those items are not visible in the Mdi form please help how to use this(By using popup Menus)
