Create Table of Content while generating PDF

Hi,

    I have tried to add the TOC in the PDF generation by using the link https://www.syncfusion.com/support/forums/windowsforms/pdf/97507 .Since,we are following the HTMLTOPDF Conversion to generate the the PDF it is not rendering.How can i generate TOC on PDF and add it to the top of the page.

IS there any way i can use the Document Link Annotation  to navigate to the sections of the document in HTML to PDF conversion.because i cant use the pdflighttable on HTMLToPDF generation.
