How to use AutoComplete in GridDataBoundGrid?

Hi Sir,I need to use auto complete textbox in Grid. Is it Possible or not?We actually we used third party controls for better performance and for better understanding and for easy to use.But these controls are very difficult for a fresher guy it takes one year to understand.RegardsVenkata
