Connecting WPF OlapGrid to WCF service

Hi

Is there a way to connect WPF OlapGrid (not Silverlight controls) to WCF service that is based on IOlapDataProvider? We would prefer to connect our GUI client via middle tier instead of connecting  directly with data sources (in our case ActivePivot).

Hi Asif,

 

We would like to inform you that as per our current implementation there is no support to connect the WPF OlapGrid to WCF Service. However, we have already logged a feature request report for this support as “Implementing WCF services to WPF Applications for BI Controls”.  This feature has been implemented in any of our upcoming releases.
