Customizing appearance of Control i.e. Parameter Tab , next page, previous page etc in setting app bar provided with sfreportviewer control.

Hi 

Parameters , First Page ,Export UI Element in setting app bar are non public members. 

Is there any way to customize them or collapse them? 

We can hide the whole setting app bar using ShowNavigationBar="false" property. But we want to update individual items.
