I'd like to create a drop down list that's filtered based on another column.  Is that possible?  Thank you.

Before we start providing solution on this, could you please confirm whether the following scenario to meet your requirement.

Grid with two template columns, when changing the dropdown values on one column that affect another column or In the Excel like grid with dropdown, when changing the dropdown values on one column that affect another column.

That's correct, when selecting a value from the first Template Column the list of selectable values on the second column is filtered.
