We do not find any attachment with your update. We created  a sample with the given details and we are able to reproduce the issue 'SfTextBoxExt hides text when height is reduced'. We have logged bug report and fix for this issue will be available in our upcoming volume 1 2014 release.

Query:this is a new issue that didn't exist in previous version.
We have tested with our previous versions also but it reproduces. Please update us the version that doesn't reproduce this issue.

Please let us know if you have any queries.
