DialogModeEditor close error in Javascript

Using one of the examples I found here I have got a

DialogModeEditor working in my Grid.

The only issue I have is when Cancel or Save are selected the closing action causes a JavaScript error.

0x800a138f - JavaScript runtime error: Unable to get property 'tHead' of undefined or null reference

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are unable to reproduce this issue. We have created a simple sample to demonstrate Dialog mode editing and have prepared a video demonstration of the working sample. Please download the sample and video from the below link.
