GridGroupingControl with one million data

hi, i tried to load one million number of records into the  GridGroupingControl and the UI starts freezing.

 

Is the grid able to handl this load and what configuration are needed if it can? Is there any maximum limitation?

You can refer the Performance Demo available in the dashboard location for the optimizing the grid when large data is been loaded. You can refer the below location for the sample.
