Waiting Popup between pages

I have a web page which takes a long time to load, i.e. accessing database or computations in its controller.

Can I use WaitingPopup control to display before the page is loaded?

If so, can you please provide a sample code in VS2012 .NET 4.5 MVC RAZOR?
