Metro Studio Has Stopped Working

I am running a Dell XPS 27 with Windows 8.1.  I've been using Metro Studio 2 for a while now.  This morning for some reason when I attempt to open it, it gives the Metro Studio has stopped working.  Then it says, "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."  Then it closes.  Can you provide a fix for this?
