Spark Line Marker Customizations

Dears Syncfusion team,

I have 2 questions about the SparkLine control

1st : I want to fully customize its marker , so I can show a template tooltip with this point details and change its look and show the value next to the marker , I found an example in the online documentation shows how to do a similar thing using selectors , but the example didn't include a sample for the DataTemplate , so would please provide me with the full example and guide me about how to reach this level of customization ?

 

2nd : I have found a control named SfChart in the downloaded samples , which seems to provide the same that sparkline provide and more , but found no documentation for it :( , so can you tell me about it and would it be better to use it instead of the spark line control

We have prepared the sample with Marker Template based on your requirement. Please download the sample from the below location.

Query 2:

As of now we do not have the documentation for SfChart WindowsPhone. However we will include the documentation for SfChart WindowsPhone in our upcoming releases. We are using the same API’s (Name and Type) in WinRT,WPF,Silverlight and WindowsPhone platforms. Hence you can refer the SfChart WinRT documentation for further reference.

We need to display the spark line into the GridControl then we can use SparkLineControl. Also in order to use spark line with axis and more behavior then we can use SfChart control.
