Not fixed Size on buttons in Toolstripex

There is a strage behaviour on clear Windows 8 installation on Vaio Duo.
Buttons in Toolstripex are smaller then a size specified in Property.
I've tested on 2 other Windows  8 instalation and  on them size is OK.
Project is attahced and in VaioDuoIssue.png is a screenshot of the issue.

As there was also a font issue ( Segoe UI was missing), probably something  missing , but I've no idea what can be the reason of the issue.
Any help will be appreciated.

We regret to inform you that we are not able to reproduce the reported issue in our side. Can you please provide some additional details whether you are running the project in 125% or 150% dpi resolution and also try setting the AutoSize properties and let us know if you your system configuration so that we can work on this further and provide you a better solution.
