Displaying list of values dynamically in a row. Kind of Row merging,

I have a requirement where i want to Displaying list of values dynamically in a row.

Like for an employee, i want to display all his subordinate in a same row with their row.

Check the screenshot for example.

Any pointers for approach will be appreciated.
