Batch update

Question

Hi,I need to create a sale document form. The document is composed by one head and N rows, the rows are contained on an MVC grid. Is possible to batch update the grid? Because when users insert, modify or delete a row the changes are sent immediately to my controller but I need to save them only on user request.Thanks in advance,Mirko
