Problem on Run local Samples

Hello,
    After Installation  i click on "Run Local Samples" Button Popup message is Displayed on "Please Installed IIS(7.0 or 7.5) or Visual Studio(2008 or Higher) to run the ASP.NET Sample Browser."
i have visual studio 2008 installed in my system , service pack 2 and Microsoft Windows XP Professional(OS) and version 2002  and Microsoft.net Framework version 3.5 SP1 is Updated on  Microsoft .Net Framework  4.0  and IIS 5.0 is there .

Please Help me out.
