Grid Grouping Control not displaying the $ symbols preceeded with record to Excel

Grid Grouping Control not displaying the $ symbols preceeded with record to Excel. It displayes only the datas without the $ symbol. I am using GridGroupingcontrol.Export() method. Thanks in advance for your reply.
