Setting Custom Calendars for tasks

Hi!

I need to set custom calendars for each task in my project including set custom nonworking days and times(example: Saturday is a half-turn working day, national, state and city holydays). Is it possible? if it is, how do I do it? Otherwise, is there any kind of workaround?
