Limiting behaviour of TileView Control

Is there a way to prevent the tiles in a TileView Control from entering the 'Normal' state?  In other words, a user should only be able to minimize and maximize the tiles.

Please download the attached sample application along with this forum to achieve your requirement. 

In the sample we have handled the 'Restoring Event' which is fired when TileViewItem changes to Normal State. We have set "args.Cancel=true" in this event to restrict the TileViewItem entering the 'Normal' state.
