after droping a Node from Palette or after upload an edd Diagram, at rendering time before displaying the node it shawn thier Caption name. Is there is anyway to avoid this.

We are afraid that we are unable to reproduce the issue
reported by you at our end. Could you please share us more information probably
a video which reproduces the reported issue, this will help us to reproduce the
issue effectively at our end and to provide a better solution to you?

thanks for your update, i send you an video-example about my problem, its the same problem that happen by uploading a diagram, another thing that you will notice from this video is that when i try to move a node to another position, sometimes it work well, sometimes not.

have mentioned in your update, could you please update the video that you have
mentioned in your update? So that only, we are able to reproduce the issue reported
by you, and to provide a better solution to you.

Hi Hayssam,
Thanks for your update.
The issue reported by you is a usability issue. Please note
that our DiagramWebControl is a CallbackWebControl, and the call back refresh
will be done for each action [click, move, select a node, deselect a node, etc.].
The next action will start only when the call back refresh for previous action is
completed. In the video which you have sent the click/drag and drop actions
done during call back refresh, and not done after call back refresh completed
that’s why you the node is not getting updated for the drag operation.
For this, we suggest you to perform actions one after
another (that is drag the node only after the node select operation should
complete). Also, setting the property DiagramWebControl.ShowWaitingPopupOnCallback
= true; will show you the waiting popup on each call back refresh.
