Fill a dataGrid using row and column

Is it possible to fill a datagrid row by row, column by column, or must a datagrid always be bound to properties in a class?

Sometimes I have 2x2 arrays of data that need to be visualized and it seems I could just iterate using for statements to fill  the grid.

Thank you.

Hi Gary,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As of now we do not provide support for bounding arrays to DataGrid. You need to make custom data structure based on your array and then you can bind it to DataGrid.

In our upcoming release we are going to provide the support for binding dynamic object, by using that you can create the runtime data source and bind it to DataGrid.

Our next release is expected by mid of May 2013.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Prakash S
