Label at each end of a connector

Is it possible to have a label displayed at each end of the LineConnector object?  I have a requirement to include information on the LineConnector near the Tail Node, and different information near the Head Node.  Is there any possible way to do this with the WPF Diagram?

Regarding the Label at each end of the Line Connector, We have created a feature request for ‘Customize the LineConnector to show Multiple Label’. To follow up this feature, please create new incident in Direct Track.
