In my program,I have a login in window, the window have inherit the ribbon window,
and the window needs cannot resize and disable MaximizeBox and MinimizeBox,
so i found a property of named 'ResizeModel' to achieve this function, but i met a problem,
when i set the value of that property to Noresize,the window would show a improper style
