Stand-alone apps?

Can Orubase be used to create apps that do NOT require a server back-end?  I would like to create an app that is strictly client-side, but use Orubase to help with making it cross-platform.

We can create apps with Client Side HTML5 files using Orubase. We have prepared the DemoApp and MailDemo samples using Client Side HTML5 files. Please check the attachment
