Hi,

Earlier we were faced similar kind issue with Excel 2007, please refer the below link

http://www.syncfusion.com/support/forums/xlsio-aspnet/104481/Looksup-are-missing-in-Excel-2007

As with your suggestion, we were upgraded Syncfusion version to10.2.0.75 from 7.102.0.21. Then the issue was resolved for Excel 2007,But now it is happaning in Excel 2010.

Do i need to upgrade to latest version again?

Thanks,

Hi,

we have the following process in our project

We would download the xls files from the project.(Excel 2003 Files). In the downloaded excel file we have button "Refresh", When will click on the button it should do the following process automatically

1.  it will open the web URL in browser, it has some options and refresh button. we should select some options and click on Refresh Button

2. once we click on the Refresh button in URL , It should go to other web page and do the business process and update the contents to excel file again.

In Excel 2010, when click on refresh button in step 1, it is not going to the otehr url and not updating contents to excel file. we are facing the compatibility and micros issues in Excel 2010.

we are getting any problem with Excel 2007, 6 months back we faced the similar kind of issue in Excel 2007 but when we update the SyncFustion dll's to latest version(7.1 to 10.1) issue was resolved .

Do we need to update the Syncfusion dll's?

Thanks,

Ajay
