Icon size 40 pixels

Please add the 40 pixels size.
It is the standard size for Windows 8 app bar icons.
Also this size used in the Metro Studio app itself.
Uses but doesn't allow to create - isn't it weird? :)

Hi Dmitri,

Metro Studio allows setting custom sizes, just click on the size value and it should bring up a textbox where you can enter a custom size.
