Syncfusion.PDF.Base Missing

Just purchased the latest Essential Studio Enterprise Edition and went to open a PDF VB sample. The file Syncfusion.Pdf.Base.dll was referenced and is listed in the documentation as a file to be deployed, but this file was not installed in the GAC or under the Program Files Assembly folder. I have one called Syncfusion.PDF.Legacy.Base.dll
 
Under the precompiledassemblies, there is an XML for Syncfusion.PDF.Base, but no DLL.
 
Version is 10.4.0.71
 
Please advise.
