App crash with Navigation:RadialMenu

Hi.

I downloaded controls toolkit for WinRT and found some bug. When I changed default language of my WndowsStoreApp to ru-RU, ua-UK and several others app crashes and I catched  Windows.UI.Xaml.UnhandledExceptionEventArgs.

Maybe you have some ideas why? With other controls everithing OK even with DatePicker with local Russia day and month names.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We are able to reproduce the UnhanldedException issue with RadialMenu when application language is set to other than default language. The fix for the issue will be included in our upcoming refresh release.
