I did a right-click, then "Show All", and now it shows-up in the toolbox, but its grayed-out.

Missing
Gridcontrol.
GridControl will not miss if you have installed the GAC
correctly. Please check with the assembly manage.
Utilities -> Assembly Management -> Assembly Manager.
Reinstall the assemblies of 4.0 version. If this not helps please let me know
your version, Check Syncfusion.Grid.Windows.dll is available in the installed
assemblies.
Please let me know if you have any other concerns.
