Hi Shikh,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion forums.

We would like to let you know that we are not supposed to use illegal characters in ID fields of controls. Please refer the below forum links which describes the valid values that can be used in ID field.

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/70579/what-are-valid-values-for-the-id-attribute-in-html

http://www.dotnetspider.com/forum/46476-Valid-characters-IDs-ASP.NET-Server-Controls.aspx

So, we suggest you to not to use any special characters (other than letters, digits, hyphens, underscores).

Please let us know if you have any other concerns.

Regards,

Meena
