I am currently using the Office2010Black theme because it just looks good with the rest of the application layout. However, showing images in the QAT doesn't work too well with all my black-colored icons since I can't distinguish them from the window border all that well. To accommodate that, I create a set of all white icons.
Seeing as I can only specify a LargeIcon and a SmallIcon source for each RibbonButton, is there any established way I could go about specifying an icon (white) that would only be used in the QAT menu and the QAT More Items menu? And then otherwise default to showing my otherwise standard small (black) icons in all other places?
