View by 'QTP' : Grid Object is getting identified as a generic Object

We are doing POC to automate an application with syncfusion controls, but the Grid objects is getting identified as generic object,

Hi sir,

The swfconfig.xml is the configuration file which contains all the mapping information for QTP to recognize Syncfusion controls.

Query: QTP is not recognizing syncfusion controls

1)Make sure that the installed Essential studio version and Essential QTP add-on version are same. 2) Copy the swfconfig.xml  file from the location ‘{Installed location of Essential QTP Add-On}\Config\<version-2.0, 3.5, or 4.0>\swfconfig.xml,’ to the following location <QuickTest Professional Installation Path>\dat Restart the machine once the mentioned configuration has been done.
