splitter and resizing hardens the splitter position

I have 2 splitpanes and can slide the splitter left and right. After a window resizing the splitter is won't go left and right any more. Can't move the splitter. Anything else works.

We are afraid that we are not able to reproduce the issue reported by you. We are able to slide the Splitter left/right after window resize.

If the issue exists still, please share a simple sample with all the necessary details to reproduce this issue in our end. so that we would be able to analyze the causes for this issue and provide a solution in an efficient way.
