Thumbnails in PDF Viewer

Is it possible to display thumbnails of the PDF pages along side the PDF using this viewer tool?

At present
we do not support exporting pages of the PDF document as images in the Pdf Viewer
MVC and we have logged a feature request report for the implementation of the
feature. Please open a Direct Trac incident to have a follow up on the feature.
