Error trying to compile using TeamCity. syncfusion licx error.

I attached the pop up i get when running team city it hangs on the syncfusion part.   yet when i open visual studio and just rebuild, ..  no errors.  i am fully licensed. so i dont know why when using msbuild trying to process this i get the syncfusion error?
