Convert to PDF textbox borders

HI we're using the trial to convert a word document to a PDF - it needs to be pixel perfect as it is for an invoice.

The text box borders, and table borders are coming out thick, dotted, etc - they started as single width borders in black for textboxes and grey for the table.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to get this working correctly?

Hi Matt,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.

We have a created a template word document based on the given PDF document and then tried converting it to PDF using DocIO. We were not able to reproduce the reported preservation issue during Doc to PDF conversion. Please do find the template and its Converted PDF document from the attachment file.

Kindly provide us with the input document, code snippet or sample application to reproduce the issue on our side for further analysis.
