I would like to know whether i am able to display more than one columns in Autocomplete textbox and able to search with all the displayed columns.

We suggest to refer the following online sample link which helps to achieve for displaying more than one columns in the AutoCompleteTextBox.

We suggest you to set the corresponding field name for searching the items. And searching can be done based on the column which you provided.
