Convert CustomersVirt to use GridGropingControl

Attached is a modified version of the CustomersVirt sample that uses the GridGroupingControl. When I expand a group no records are shown. Any ideas why ? Additionally I have added a second property to the customer class - Members. I would like this property to trigger an expansion button as the Children property apparently does. At current relations are autopopulated - could you show me how it could be done manually (through the tabledescriptor i guess)? CustomersGroup_5801.zip

It''s because nested collections was on the TODO list for a while but we haven''t really finished it up yet. I am working on it now.
