Edit rows where data in the grid is coming from server cache

Hi,

I want to edit the rows in GridDataControl grid. I ahve looked through numerous posts but each one is ahvign database connectivity. For my case, there is no data abse connection and my grid is getting populated from the server cache(which is hard coded as of now). What I want is to:

1) Double click on any row.
2) User should be able to enter their own values in this grid.
3) There are two buttons (Submit and Cancel).
4) On click of submit button, the value added should get updated in server cache.

So, my first concern is "How can I make rows in GridDataControl editable on single/double click?"

Any help would be much appreciated.

Before providing information about your query we would like to know about platform usage. Could you please provide the information about your platform. because we are little bit of confusion about your platform usage such as Asp.net grid , Asp.net MVC grid and windows grid etc?
