I am afraid that I am not able to reproduce the problem with the PDF "VB_T_FRM_LABEL_FONT.pdf" you sent to us. Could you please send me the code snippet used to generate the file or the output PDF so that we can check and get back to you?

Are You trying with Acrobat Reader 9.3.2?
If You use the latest reader (10.x) it's all Ok!

I tried searching for "Tahoma" and "con" by opening the document in Adobe Reader 9.3.2 and they returned expected results. Could you please send me the code snippet used to generate the document?
