Is it possible to allow the multi-line cellcommenttip from the sample to render beyond the border of the grid if, for instance, the number of cols of the grid has lessened and there are no scrollbars and so the cols have resized to fit the viewable area?

Here is a sample that lets the tipwindow display outside the grid. It uses a call to UtilFuncs.SetVisibleNoActivate to display the window without the grid losing focus. This avoids requiring the window to be a child of the grid.
