Visual Studio Help lost when installing Installed Documentation

Ive had this happen before, for example when installing sql books online after installing visual studio 2005, but installing your Installed Documentation cause it to happen again so I am hoping that you know how to resolve it.

Basically before installing your Installed Documentation, I could open visual studio, go to help->index and browse to the visual studio (specifically vb.net) topic i wanted. Now after installing your Installed Documentation, my Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Documenation only contains the Syncfusion Essential Studio Class Referenc and User Guide.

Can I not have both my Visual Studio help files and your help files?

Hi Charles,

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

We have also had the same experience in VS 2008 help after installing the Syncfusion documentation.

We have searched through MSDN and we found one solution for this.

Could you please download and install the H2viewer from below location?

http://helpware.net/mshelp2/h2viewer.htm

After installing the setup, please open the H2viewer from below location

Start->All Programs->Helpware->H2Viewer->H2Viewer

After open the H2Viewer, the “Open Namespace” Dialog box will appear.

Select which help you want to view.

Eg.

Syncfusion Help File: Syncfusion Essential Studio Help.

MS Help on Help: Microsoft Document Explorer Help ENU

Please let me know if you have any queries.

Regards,
Vinoth M
