Unable to open generated word document in 2010 if got nested table

Attached is word template in 2010 format (compatible) and our dataset.

When we do try to do mail merge, two situation will either happen: 1. office 2010 cannot open the word document
2. even if can open, office 2010 will ask for "open and repair"

However, it can be open in office 2007
