Can we set culture when creating Excel file?

Hi there,

when creating a excel file, can we specify culture?

or everything is en culture by default,
excel will hand the culture base on the user`s computer setting?

Thank you very much for using the syncfusion products.

We can't set the culture while creating the excel file. By default it takes the culture from users computer settings.
